Liberty Boxes are the gift idea that makes your life easier: perfect as birthday, anniversary and graduation presents, they are also a great idea for sharing the gift with your partner.
But you can also buy them for yourself, because they are definitely the best and most comfortable way to spend a wonderful stay with us at an affordable price.
Rules
Validity
The Liberty Box (or Gift Card) allows you to use the included services for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
We know that some unforeseen events may occur and that you may need to extend its validity: you can do so by contacting us before the deadline and asking for an extension. By adding a small surcharge of €20.00 to be paid at the establishment, the validity of the box/voucher card will be extended by 6 months beyond the initial term.
If you do not apply for an extension and do not use the services of the box/voucher within the specified period, the box/voucher will be cancelled without refund. We therefore advise you to take note of the deadline so that you can enjoy a wonderful experience with us.
Terms and conditions
The Liberty Box (or gift card) offers you the opportunity to stay at reduced rates compared to normal list prices, during the periods indicated and subject to checking the availability of the room. The offers concern the overnight stay of 2 people for one or two nights in a double / twin room, depending on the chosen box.
Conditions for using your Liberty Box (or Gift Card):
- You can use it from 1 November to 30 April, excluding holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), after checking room availability. You can also use the Box/Voucher in the period between May and October for an additional fee, which varies depending on the type of room and the chosen date.
- You must be over 18.
- You must have read and agreed to this regulation and the Privacy Policy you find on the website www.grandhotelliberty.it.
- You only have the possibility to make one change to an already booked and reserved stay. La modifica deve essere espressamente confermata via mail da nostro team ricevimento.
- Any extension of stay (from 1 to several nights) or room upgrade will be calculated on the basis of the period rates.
How to use the box
Once you have purchased your Liberty Box (or received your Gift Card) you will need to contact our reception team at info@grandhotelliberty.it to check room availability for your chosen dates. You must then wait for our booking confirmation, in which we reserve the room for you and provide you with all the necessary information for your stay.
Just buying the Liberty Box (or receiving the Gift Card) is not enough to use our services, so remember to contact us in good time and wait for our reply.
Additional information
For any further information regarding the booking of your stay, changes to an existing booking, changing the name of the Liberty Box (or Gift Card) recipient or any other changes to what we have already confirmed, please contact the reception team at info@grandhotelliberty.it.
