The spacious and modern terrace, which overlooks the inner garden, is the ideal place for an aperitif in company, a business lunch or an intimate dinner for two, immersed in a relaxing atmosphere. Simplicity and refinement also characterise our menu, which offers Italian, regional and Mediterranean dishes to colour and perfume your evenings.
During the winter, our restaurant moves to the hotel’s Art Nouveau salons, creating an even cosier and more atmospheric atmosphere.
Our Chef, Mirko Novello, loves his job and does it with extreme care and passion. Every dish he brings to the table is the result of his search for the best seasonal ingredients and his love of beauty.
If you have any special requests or food intolerances, our Chef will be happy to accommodate them.
Bar & Lounge
A small pastry shop, steaming teas and herbal infusions, espresso coffee and cocktails&drinks: the Liberty Cafè is a place created for tasteful breaks, from morning to evening.
Active from early morning until late at night, the bar of our Grand Hotel in Riva del Garda is a quiet, relaxed and sophisticated place where you can enjoy a moment to yourself: here you will find regional and national newspapers and magazines, as well as our TV with sports channels and the Sky world package.
The Liberty Café is open every day from 8 am to Midnight.

Every morning at Hotel Liberty, you will enjoy a triumph of taste and delicate scents. The breakfast at our 4-star Grand Hotel presents itself in all its abundance on a grand buffet, where there is space for sweet and savoury proposals, to satisfy everyone’s taste.
Fill your plate with goodness and eat breakfast wherever you want: available to you will find an elegant bright dining room, a terrace with panoramic views of the garden and pool or the opportunity to have it directly in your room, for a small supplement of just 5 euros. To start the day slowly and lightly, savour your breakfast between the still warm sheets and crumpled pillows.
Breakfast is served every day from 7.00 am to 10.00 am.
If you have to leave before 7.00 am, you can still request your breakfast through our night porter.

In our wedding location in Riva del Garda, you will find a large terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for outdoor refreshments on hot summer days. At the same time, the terrace can be completely covered in case of bad weather, so as not to spoil the plans (and the mood) at the last minute.
